The aim of this course is to familiarize the students with the basic concepts of the working structure of the state in Switzerland, including the branches of government, the political system and the protection of fundamental rights.
The historical background is also briefly but relevantly illuminated.
As part of the E-learning, constitutional issues are thoroughly processed and the transition to public law is carried out.
The course is also very suitable for EXPATS who are temporarily working in Switzerland and want to work out the basics of constitutional law in a compact and concise manner.
